Return conditions
Are you not satisfied with your order? Juwelen uit de Natuur gives you 30 days to return items. We apply the following conditions:
- The 30-day viewing period after receipt of the items has not yet expired;
- Item(s) have original labels/stickers and are in the original packaging;
- Item(s) are undamaged and unworn (trying on is, of course, allowed);
- Any gifts included with the order must also be returned. If you wish to keep the gift, we will deduct its value from the total refund amount;
- We will refund the return amount within 14 days to the account used to pay for the order;
- Returns are at your own expense and risk (so ensure the item(s) are well-packaged and preferably send with track & trace)
If you were entitled to free shipping with your order and the amount after your return still exceeds the free shipping threshold, you will receive a full refund for the item(s). If the amount after the return is lower than the free shipping threshold, the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
How do I send my return?
Step 1: Register your return via info@juwelenuitdenatuur.nl
Step 2: Send the package to the return address you receive by email.
Please include on a separate sheet with your return:
The order number;
Name, address, city, and email address;
Reason for return.
Ensure the products are in their original condition. Unfortunately, we cannot credit returns with signs of use.
Why do I have to pay for my return shipment:
To offer our products at the lowest possible price, returns are at your own expense. Returns are never truly free; they are then calculated into the prices of the items. As we assume that our customers are satisfied with their purchased items in most cases, we choose not to automatically include these costs in our prices.
