Welcome to Juwelen uit de Natuur. The website where you'll find all your gifts and basic knowledge about many different jewels from nature! And we mean that in the broadest sense of the word. You can come here to participate in a foraging walk, where you'll gain knowledge about the jewels from nature that grow in your area. But also for a jewel from nature in the form of a piece of jewelry to give as a gift, for example, to yourself. We actually sell all kinds of beautiful things you didn't know you needed, but it turns out you do!
How it all began
A few years ago, I received a foraging walk and a foraging course as a gift. I was immediately hooked, even though after that first walk, I only remembered one plant. I started to delve deeper into the medicinal properties of plants and took various courses to learn more and more about the subject. The stack of books on foraging and the power of gemstones grew steadily, and my interest in them increased daily. Every day, I went into different nature reserves to learn new things about the plants around us. Besides my knowledge growing daily, being intensely involved in nature gave me a lot of relaxation. It worked like meditation for me. I came home feeling calm and recharged.
At home, I had been working with gemstones for years. To sleep well, I have an amethyst under my pillow, and a black tourmaline to counteract radiation lies on my nightstand. The stones all have their own energy, their own frequency, and so each stone is suitable for different purposes. These stones are very valuable to me. I even once drove home for an important appointment because I didn't have a certain stone with me!
When I felt I knew quite a bit about plants, I started giving my first foraging walk. I soon realized that I couldn't stop talking about foraging and the different plants you find everywhere around you. People who participated were super enthusiastic, and I had piqued their curiosity. That's exactly what I wanted to achieve: for more people to rediscover their connection with nature and start living in harmony with nature and everything it has to offer!
I wanted to turn my passion into my work, and that's how Juwelen uit de Natuur came about. With an entire team now, we offer beautiful gemstone jewelry, each with its own mystical appearance and beautiful powers, and we have excellent supplements in the form of tinctures, a plant concentrate in alcohol, with a strong supportive effect for your body in various areas.
